How do I convert this model into a Re-Volt mod?

Hello, I have a model of a Ford F-550 AMCS that I would like to convert into a Re-Volt model. The model is from Cities: Skylines.

well I tried but it shows up white (I mapped it to the uv) and the wheels are messed up

ok I fixed the uvs but the wheels are in the middle, how do I position them to be in the right spot?
