This is my router settings, and I don't really know what to put and where else to put. I have tried but to no avail, now I'm asking for your help.

If you're only using RVGL, then do as follows:
User-defined Service Name: rvgl (or whatever)
Protocol: UDP
WAN Port: 2310
LAN Open Port you can leave empty
LAN IP Address, write your IPv4 address. You can find your IPv4 it by opening cmd.exe and typing: ipconfig /all
Your IPv4 address will be there.
Good luck !

The TCP protocol should not really be needed, I believe it was for speaking in servers like game ranger or others mostly discontinued because of other limitations
