[RVGL Release] 19.0819a

RVGL has been updated to 19.0819a!

This release marks the 20th anniversary of Re-Volt! The PC version of the game is supposed to have released on this day, i.e., 19 Aug 1999.

Additions:
  • CPU cars in online Multi-Player: Enable with Game Settings -> Multiplayer CPU.
  • More gallery pages from Phippen's artwork.
  • New languages: Romanian and Turkish.
Changes:
  • For creators: *.prm and *.ncp can be customized through the custom folder, similar to *.m. (#918)
  • Several stock tracks now include fixed collision files. Toytanic 2 has fixed track zones over the pool area. Be sure to update these files to avoid being auto-kicked. You'll also need to update the DC Pack.
  • Uniform Buffer Objects are now disabled by default. For new installations, this should improve compatibility with integrated and mobile GPUs.
  • Session CSV now saves each player's cheating state. This is only valid for files saved by the host.
Fixes:
  • The game should no longer crash when stock cars are removed in Random Cars mode. (#908)
  • Game Gauge benchmark mode is no longer frame rate dependent. (#900)
  • Loading screen fixes to improve compatibility with linux drivers such as nouveau. If you continue to face problems, disable GLThreaded from rvgl.ini.
  • Editor fixes: The case where multiple zones have ID 0 is handled better by the AI nodes editor. Several crash situations are fixed, such as when inserting / copying / deleting instances and objects.

  - Updated assets: includes fixed collision data for these levels (Toys in the 
    Hood 2, Toy World 1, Museum 1 and Rooftops), and fixed track zones for 
    Toytanic 2. Updated DC Pack (Rooftops).
  - Android: Continue checking other paths in case folder creation fails.
  [Graphics]
  - Uniform Buffer Objects are now disabled by default.
  - Removed frame rate dependent speed-up in Game Gauge mode.
  [Multi]
  - Cheating state is printed in the session CSV.
  - Disabled dev mode car reset (F10) in multiplayer.

Fix:
  [General]
  - Fix potential crash when stock cars are missing.
  - Fix crash in random cars mode when certain cars are removed.
  - Fix path exploit in profile creation.
  - Edit: In AI nodes, fix start node detection and distances computation when 
    there are multiple zones with ID 0.
  - Edit: Fix crash upon inserting new instance and copying instance / object.
  [Graphics]
  - Fix potential crash when switching windowed mode while loading.
  - Fix text layout in Progress Table. Updated strings.
  - Fix camera jitter when close to wall.

Wow!
CPU cars in online multi-player is cool, and welcome.
Stock track fixes is surprising! But I don't care much about the stocks anyway, I'm more concerned about customs. ;)

TBH, the message "Connection rejected by the host" is not very descriptive. Can you make its reason more clear?

We can't know why exactly the host had disconnected us, hence the generic message. Other possibilities include wrong password (if the session has one), or the session is full, or the host has an outdated version while you have the latest.
