[RVGL 17.1124a] Disabling in-game music does not mute menu music

I sometimes turn off the game music when I wish to listen to my own music. However, I cannot use the In-Game Music option in the Audio Settings because it does not seem to disable the menu music (which can be an issue when I have to wait in the lobby for multiple minutes), therefore I am forced to adjusting the Music Volume setting to 0% instead.
