[RVGL] Fake Pickup Explosion Bug

Whenever you drop a fake pickup while someone is touching you from behind you explode. I've had this happen in both singleplayer and multiplayer. Could it be that the fake pick gives you a bomb that explodes almost instantly and that bomb passes before it has a chance it explode? I'm not the only one this has happened to either.
