How common are the problems with the 64-bit version of RVGL for Windows?

I tried to run the 64 bit version of RVGL, but it crashed on the initial screen where the loading progress for files is being shown. After reading that some user had problems with launching the 64-bit version, I downloaded the 32-bit one and now it launches fine. How common are these issues with the 64-bit version?

I use Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 1809

I've been using 64 bit rvgl on Windows 10 for a couple of months with no issues at all.

Should be no issues at all. Make sure you have copied and replaced all libraries (DLLs) and other contents from the x64 version patch.
There can't be executable and library mismatch.
