I'm using the "online" version.
I've won the four bronze tracks, but when I win them in reverse mode it doesn't get recorded in the progress table and so I can't unlock further progress.

Any ideas?

You need to beat the Time Trial records in normal, reversed and mirrored modes. Winning races in R/M/RM doesn't count for progress.
