Track Editor to Revolt

I am using the track editor and I remember there is some wacky way to get it to export the levels. It is saving my file and it looks like it exports, but I can't find it or get it to work.
I am sure you get these questions all the time...
Is there a simple walk through on how to go from finished track -> playing it?
Not using blender or anything like that.
