How do I bake multiple textures into one?

So I am planning to port this ARB Jeep from 4x4 Evolution 2 into Re-Volt, expect there's one problem: The car's texture has one for the body, and one for the tires. I use Blender. How do I bake these into one?

Dunno if "baking" them together would be truly necessary. Basically you should only need to copy the texture of the wheels onto the texture file of the body using pretty much any semi-competent image editor. If the mapping of the body has enough unused space you can just slot in the wheel wherever it'll fit, or if not you can expand the texture size a bit to make room for the wheel because RVGL isn't all that picky about image sizes.
