Online racing problem

I'm using hotspot from mobile to pc but in rv house it says decentralised. I don't have router for port forwarding. Please help me to play with you.

If you already have the latest RVGL installed, you can join most lobbies without needing to port forward.
For hosting (creating lobbies) port forwarding is required.
