Problem with router port

I did like in a tutorial on, how to set a revolt host and, my port is closed and i dont know what to do, help me please!

TPLINK TL-WR841N
Windows 10 PRO 64bit and when i try to open the port and make a new multiplayer game it says this CANT CREATE ENET HOST
The Program used is called Port Forwarding Wizard.

Cool try deactivating your firewall and if you're able to host that means your firewall needs further configuration
Activate the firewall back again and try opening the ports manually
