The Re-Volt Hideout

I wanted to race in Hotel Volt by MirkoGT97.
I could race there in past, but can't it now because world were'nt loaded well.
Is this bug at RVGL 19.1001a?

This problem was solved, I can race in Hotel Volt again.

And I'm sorry for submitting this topic many times.
I didn't know the mechanisms here and couldn't understand the information after submitted.
