[RVGL] Multiplayer Join and Left players MSG in the middle of the race

One of my ideas for the future in multiplayer mode, which player has joined or left msg.
They should put up when someone finishes a race, example:
That the message needs 3 or 4 seconds and that it is with the fade that is used, when someone finishes the race by example.
