Since 1.2 showed you who we have to wait
Because rvgl is shown only on the host, it would be a good idea to see it all

Was there a reason, why the "Waiting for..."-list was removed at RVGL? I also think it would be a good info (not only for the host), to see who is delaying the start of the race. At the moment it happens, that people complain why the race does not start. With the list everybody would be able to see what the reason is.

A lot of things were simplified / streamlined to conserve bandwidth when rewriting the netcode for RVGL. Now, players only communicate this information with the host.
