Freecam lock on X position.

I think having the option for the freecam (-tvitime) to lock and follow the car in a specific angle will allow for amazing cinematic shots or clips of the cars for Re-Volt themed videos.

The idea is that the camera would lock on a desired angle around the car or on the car itself and will follow the car from that angle as the replay is playing.
