More than 29 texture cars in race tracks seem to me very empty

Less than 1 sentence in a suggestion post for me seems to be not enough.

Each race track is always as empty if there could be set up more than 30 cars for each race as it is in Nascar. All racing tracks were more interesting and lively. You don't know how to set re-volt rvgl for more than 16 cars? If yes you can advise?

Same as 20/30/100 different cars in race suggestion, except in broken english this time.
Was already suggested many times, including this forum.
