This is a really simple thing, but having a message saying "Lap 2/3" or something when the finish line is crossed could be a nice addition. This already happens for the final lap but I think doing it for the previous laps may be a nice touch. Noted while playing the community-created tracks, where I often didn't recognize the starting area and couldn't immediately tell if I'd completed a lap or not.

The same applies to the final lap indicator, though (which can be turned off).

Yeah of course know that's why I know that adding it to every lap would obstruct the view. I personally have "last lap" indicator switched off for that reason, it's also a distractor as well
