for the scroll speed related one you could try tiling your texture file so you have more space to scroll through. that does come with bigger filesizes though

I remember there being a custom only pro car lobby hosted at one point which was incredibly fun with a massive variety of cars but I sadly don't see those custom/stock only sessions anymore on the schedule. Would love to see one or two a week maybe where only custom cars are allowed

A neat quality of life feature to have would be the ability to bind everything to two keys at once.
For example looking back with both q and lmouse or movement with both wasd and arrow keys could be convenient.

Whenever you drop a fake pickup while someone is touching you from behind you explode. I've had this happen in both singleplayer and multiplayer. Could it be that the fake pick gives you a bomb that explodes almost instantly and that bomb passes before it has a chance it explode? I'm not the only on...

So I went ahead and got started and things actually turned out fine. The skybox goes really well with the Mario Kart Wii textures. The ufos had to be flattened to make them not terrible to drive on.
