Re: Custom starting position in time trials
and if everyone have the same .inf -file, it cause no CHT tag. But people won't have the same inf file, because most people won't have set a custom time trial starting position and those that do will have different ones. :) I bet 'old are' time trialers will be against this, though. Personally I do...

2. No. The picture is supposed to tell the player quickly and clearly which map is being loaded just by looking at it at a first glance. Changing that would be a mess. Um... except for fairly new custom tracks, the picture is always the same. So you cannot tell which map is being loaded just by loo...

Something like that cannot be moderated, therefore I'm sorry to say that the answer is no. However, non-English communities for Re-Volt tend to find their place on Discord , although unfortunately we don't have one for Turkish yet. If you or anyone else ends up creating a server dedicated to Turkis...

Re: Converting a car from LEGO Racers for RVGL Re-Volt. How could I do that myself or if anyone could do that for me?
Waiting. Might be off-topic but I want to use Real Racing 3 assets for making cars. I converted the assets but they use multiple textures. Is there a way to bake the vehicle’s parts and bake it into one texture in Blender? You're right, that seems off-topic to me. You can create your own topic or a...

Re: [SUGGESTION] Save keyboard and controller mappings separately
Yep, this has been requested before (on ORP?) and it's planned. The issue with having mappings per-controller is uniquely identifying controllers in a cross-platform way. I'm afraid this might not be possible, which means mappings will get reset when moving a profile from Windows to Linux (or other...

Re: Max number of cars per track
I see. I wasn't aware of one of the main reasons for not wanting to increase the maximum number of cars even further being the starting grids being difficult to sort out, but it could be true.

Re: Max number of cars per track
I think that people making new tracks always take 16 cars into account, and old tracks won't have this track property. 12 definitely shouldn't be the default for tracks not having the property, as in that case old tracks wouldn't be playable with 16 cars anymore despite almost all of them (even most...

Pff, how am I supposed to know question 22? :P Good questions otherwise so far, though! (questions 25, 29, 37 and 41 are the same thing... is this in the gallery somewhere? I never heard about it) I also think there are a bit too many "what number is on this car" questions. :P Question 51 ...

[SUGGESTION] Save keyboard and controller mappings separately
RVGL stores control maps for 4 players. However, when you change from a controller to the keyboard, all mappings are reset for that player. I frequently switch from controller to keyboard and vice versa, and it would be very nice if I didn't have to reconfigure the keys each time.

Re: Honk SFX should keep distance in mind at all times
That's amazing.
But honestly, it would probably be good if at least the second suggestion was implemented. It's etiquette to not use the horn before the race starts, but sometimes someone does spam it and in such a case it really is unpleasantly loud.

There are actually such cars.
This one, for example. There were also several made for recent All's Fair events, I think.

Re: OBTAIN for Levels
This would be very nice for full mods such as MARVLE , although I've got to say I hope creators wouldn't use it for normal track releases. :P Yes, of course you can go into the ini to change it, but it causes confusion to install a track and have it not show up in your installation. Although, consid...

Re: Can't raise or lower modules in the Track Editor
Thanks for the picture. I get the issue now. For some time I was under the impression that you needed the num pad, as this is the case in the in-game editor (accessed with the -dev launch parameter, the URDLDRU cheat or the MAKEITGOOD name). This can cause issues on laptops but it shouldn't for you,...

Ah, that makes sense! Re: MARVLE. A Re-Volt Total Conversion
You mentioned that you might make it so that the marbles can only use gravity (and animations) to accelerate, and not use throttle, if this is possible. I wonder if you shouldn't figure this out before you start designing the levels?
