You need to beat the Time Trial records in normal, reversed and mirrored modes. Winning races in R/M/RM doesn't count for progress.

That's unfortunate to hear. The AI difficulty and 'it' car difficulty are interlinked and changing one messes up the other. I forgot to take into account gazzasaicar clients. I don't understand which buttons you're talking about exactly. Can you pinpoint these buttons in the mapping string?

Are you sure you used the latest version of the controller map app to generate this mapping? The GUID will be different and will not match what RVGL expects if you used the old version. Also, I'm curious how the controller behaves if you don't add a custom mapping. Is there some functionality missing?

Since you mentioned it works fine the first time and fails the second time onwards: I wonder whether the RVGL process isn't exiting properly? Did you check for stray rvgl.exe processes in Task Manager?
