Re: Make the process opengl uses similar to opengles

I don't appreciate your snarky demeaning attitude towards Arch Linux. Depending on person background they may be more comfortable with Arch than Ubuntu.

Re: Make the process opengl uses similar to opengles

Nah, even on Intel Sandy Bridge Graphics (HD 3000) all maps have adequate FPS. Some tracks can be optimized like Ranch and Industry but other than that I pretty much agree with Huki here. API is not the problem. Maybe you should use Linux though, I recommend Arch Linux but not ANY its derivatives ( ...

No way to go back to scoreboard when automatically switched to player list

There is way to see player list when on scoreboard with Tab button, but when automatically switched to player list you can't go back to scoreboard again to see them.

In-game chat buffer loss when screen changes

You lose all your typed text when levels change, or scoreboard changes to player list. Suggested fix would be to: Save buffer in memory and restore it when invoking in-game chat again. Don't switch to player list from scoreboard while typing. Other minor suggestion is cancel empty messages instead o...

Embed does not work on that image link you posted: https://prnt.sc/qnrzp3

Good idea to add separate rating though. Especially because you have to remove super pro cars to play with pro cars only.

It does not need to be updated, AsciiWolf. It pulls latest update of the game anyway.

Re: Car whitelist for server hosts

Ayy, we can't even agree here game should support the client-server metadata part where server can tell what cars are to be in selection pool and only present those cars for selection. If you would suggest adding more "UI garbage" to this proposal it will be killed instantly as a whole by keep-it-19...

Re: Renaming the I/O Car Classes

Could be a server-client thing, where server gives list of valid cars for client, no?

Then client only shows those cars for the selection.

What you suggest still requires low quality conversations, when actual problem is with game itself.

Or can we do with our ideas for the next release please?
That question can be interpreted in many ways. Please formulate what exactly you mean there and what it has to do with the topic of this thread.

Re: [RVGL Release] 19.1001a

I got a message yesterday (from AUR package user) that control sum does not match. It may be because "hotfix" by overwriting same archive/version. This undermines current versioning scheme. I thought last letter in version supposed to be incremented when when hotfix happens, although I have read lin...

fluidsynth 1 and 2 are not fully compatible, also alure which has it as optional dependency is built statically with rvgl. This error is not fatal and fluidsynth is optional if you want to play SF2 files in game(experimental since 18.1020a), I don't think this type of files is included in any pack o...

Pointless argument. There multiple versions of the game even now. This is only preventable if game had online DRM from the beginning and would not allow to play game at all if you are not using latest version, even if you want to play offline.

Why SuperTuxKart community is not split then? Again this "split of community" is meme that never realized itself in any game other already long-dead games like Quake Arena.
