[SOLVED] [Track Editor] Error 2, No such file or directory

I want to export my tracks, but I always have this message :

I don't understand because I never had this message before. One time I reset my computer but before the reset, I could export tracks.

try to run trackeditor as administrator ...

Oh yes, it worked. Thank you but that still weird, because I didn't need to run as admin before.
