Use the phones vibrator motor for force feedback.

I didn't quite get it, sorry. Do you mean force feedback (physics simulation like when a wheel gives resistance to movement changes) or vibration when a car hits the ground for example?
They are different concepts.

The same effect you'd get if you were playing with a controller that has vibration in it.
Don't exactly know where Re-Volt use it, since I always played with a keyboard, probably when you hit something.

Tried it out real quick and surprisingly, the only thing that actually triggers vibration is certain ncp materials. Dirt, gravel, the bumpy metals in museum 2... Nothing head-on 70mph collisions, or ramming into a wall at max speed, or getting nailed by a rocket, exploding, etc. I wonder if that's the way it's supposed to be behaving.

(But yeah I'd say it's more akin to the vibration of a gamepad than the force-feedback of a racing wheel trying to turn itself.)
