Add Rotor to the roster of AI/Championship cars

With the latest RVGL patch (thank you for the hard work guys, its an outstanding achievement!) and the introduction of the DC Cup mode, I realized that there's one thing missing that I'm sure many Revolters would like to see - Rotor.

I have previously brought this subject up in similar circunstances, and while I know that Rotor wasn't originally a car selectable by the AI, I wonder what you guys think about including it as an AI opponent in a future update, both in single races and championship modes? The new DC Cup mode brings us Loco as an opponent, so I guess that the "Rotor is not competitive" argument is not as valid as it was before.

I can't help to wonder how feasible would this be? :)

But while the AI knows at least somewhat how to drive RV Loco, with Rotor, it just constantly falls over, doesn't it?

I had managed to duplicate Rotor, Panga, Mystery and the clockwork for which appear in races, but it was never presented in the championship mode

The question is whether the AI can handle Rotor or other unused cars. I'll check it out.
