Well here is the thing about that. I create my scripts specfically so they can be re-executed to remove content. I know it's not the best example to set, but really what the hell else can I do? Of course, it would definitely be something that you could toggle, but I'd love to see that be a thing. Mild correction: In the docs I suggested you can make a .bmq file but the variable used for that in the script is entirely up to you. Whoopsie. Also I never removed /b argument from %exitCmd% so command prompt will just remain open. Fix that yourself or take advantage of it for further development.
